Noémie was born on November 18, 1990, in Sion, Valais, Switzerland. She is the daughter of a lawyer and a biologist.
Noémie became interested in performing right from an early age. She sang in the choir of Schola de Sion, in Valais, Switzerland from 2004 – 2005. This helped her in developing her vocal technique and training in classical singing.
Noémie moved to Brussel after she had a trip to the United States. In Brussel, she studied Theatre at the Lassaad International School of Theatre. She also gave singing lessons to children at the Théatre Royal de la Monnaie.

Noémie made her screen debut in 2012 and this was in a short film by Ewa Brykalska entitled Coda. Her performance was appreciated and several prizes in festivals dedicated to short films were awarded to her.
In 2013, she turned to a television show with Toi Que j’aimais tant by Mary Higgis Clark and it was followed by Le premier êté of Marion Sarraut, in 2014. That same year, she made her cinema debut in the feature film La Fille Sûre by Victor Emmanuel Boinem. In 2015, she won the title role of “The Student and Mister Henri” alongside Claude Brasseur. The film made her earn a nomination for César Award for Most Promising Actress and she also won the Prix Premiers Rendez-vous (Best Newcomer) at the 2016 Cabourg Film Festival. That same year, she was starred in the series “Versailles (2015)” on Canal+ as Henrietta of England.
In 2016, Noémie was also featured in the French Comedy Film “Radin!” by Fred Cavagé, alongside Dany Boon, Lawrence Arné, and Patrick Ridremont.
