Natasha Kalimada Biography
Natasha Kalimada was born in Houston, TX but she grew up in Southern California. She is half Indian and half Scottish. At the age of 4, she began training in classical ballet, and in her teens, she was invited to be an American Ballet Theatre Coca-Cola National Scholar. At that time, she was only awarded to 17 ballet dancers worldwide, and she was allowed to train at ABT in NYC under full Scholarship.
She attended Santa Margarita Catholic High School, where she graduated with an International Baccalaureate Diploma. She was also the captain of the dance team and she competed heavily in solo competitions around the US, taking the first position in National, world, and pageantry competitions.
Natasha attended Princeton University, where she majored in Sociology and graduated with a Certificate in the program of Theatre and Dance. She was also awarded the Francis LeMoyne Page upon graduation for excellence in the Performing Arts. She also received an MBA from Pepperdine University with a focus in Entrepreneur, which she completed at night so she could attend auditions during the day.
