Kreiling was born on October 6, 1990, in Geneva, Switzerland, to an American father, Randall A. Kreilingand a Greek mother, Katia Dimopoulou. She grew up in Athens and there she attended an English school. She later attended the National State School of Dance.
Kreiling moved to Great Britain and there she attended the University of Winchester and the Northern School of Contemporary Dance in Leeds. Kreiling also received an additional acting education at the London School of Dramatic Art.

In 2011, Kreiling made her film debut in the movie Short Room to Forget. She became known for her role in the historical drama “The Borgias” in the German-speaking world.
