Arnold was born on December 21, 1992, in Ashford, Kent, England. He is the son of John Arnold and Jacqui Arnold. He attended Norton Knatchbull School and later went to Highworth Grammar School. He has been a member of the National Youth Theatre since 2008. He performed in numerous drama productions as well as with Ashford Youth Theatre. When he was 17, he attended an open audition for the E4 teen drama ‘Skins’, and was cast as regular Rich Hardback.

Acting
As an actor, Arnold made his professional debut in the fifth and sixth series of the E4 teen drama, ‘Skins (2011 – 2012)’. In September 2011, he starred in the music video “Death Cloud” by Cloud Control. The movie was directed by the award-winning Luke Snellin and it was shot in Spain for over two days. He also starred in a two-part ITV drama called A Mother’s Son. It was written by Chris Lang and first screened in September 2012. In 2013, he starred in the BBC Three zombie drama, In the Flesh, and in the third series of crime drama, Vera.
His recent acting credits are Signora Volpe (2022), where he played the role of Sasha Pavlenko; Pistol (2022), where he played the role of Jamie Reid; The Entertainer (2022), where he played as Joe; and The Chromakey Man (2022), where he played the role of Dan.
